Hi,
I would like to start a Management/Training Consulting company. Would appreciate any help with the following questions.
Can I do so on OPT?
What my options would be once the OPT expires? I believe you cannot sponsor your own H1.
What are the steps that I need to take to register the company? Should I just talk to an attorney or do I need to do any prep before that?
Any other advice, especially regarding registration process and/or compensation arrangements.
