My Dauther Neha Just completd her PhD in Matrials Science Engineering from Gorgia Tech and her Program end on 31St July (i20 expires)
She already got Job and H1B Approved by Lam Research Portland, H1B approved from 1st of Oct 20 and, She was abou to join the compnay in Aug 1st week on expected OPT filed but unofrtunately last week se checked on line OPT was denied and the denial letter is not yet received till date 23rd July, Te denial letter may be due to some eroor in filing or photograph issue etc, once the letter is recived we will check and file again, but we are worried about grace period of 60 days end on 29th of Sept and her joining is on 1st OCT i.e. 1 day out of status may haapen if OPT is processed or denied again(higly unlikely) we are confused what should be our action once one we recived OPT denial and how we should reapply for faster processing so that she may get the opt within 15 to to 30 days
