MY I-20 expired on 15th may and my 2 months grace ends on july 15th. I had applied for OPT on june 27th and have also requested for expedite my process. 4 days left for grace period to end and have not heard from USCIS.
1. What will be my status after 15th july. should I wait after that or take other action before.
2. If I get a new I-20 for fall 2005 before july 15th will I be in good status and is that a good option for fall back.
3. I am actually graduating in august so can I apply for H1 and be in status.
