I have a question. I am in the US working on my OPT, and it's expiring in May 2008, but at the same my company plans to sponsor my H1B AOS. My school can issue my new I-20 with my second degree, but I told them to hold on to that. So my question is whether or not I should get a new I-20 to bridge the gap between May-October, or I can just file my H1B with my old I-20 and OPT card then after May, get my new I-20 so that I am staying here legally? Which is the best option?
