i seriously need help regarding my scenario.
iam currently on opt.it expires on julty 7th 2008.my employer did apply for my h1-b.
thanks to uscis with their new rule of opt extension..
i have certain clarifications
can i still apply for opt extension as my opt expiration date is only july 7th 2008?
during my opt period i was with out employement for more than 90days,will that still make me eligible for opt extension.?
does we need to apply for opt extension through dso ,or the employer does it
on our behalf?
whats the procedure to apply for opt extension.what are all the documents i need to take care of while applying for OPT extension?
any guidance is highly appreciated
