My OPT is going to expire at the end of this month Dec 2005. I plan on continuing to still work until I am told that I can no longer work.
-Is it possible that I can still carry on working after my OPT expires if no one says anything.
-I understand that I have a 60 day grace period. Can I stay in the US after the grace period if I plan on attending school in the Fall Sept 2006 or will I be out of status?
-Suppose I don't go to school and I continue to work after my OPT expires. Even after the grace period I continue to work. Now somewhere after the grace period I find a potential employer that will sponsor me an H1-Visa and I go back to my homeland to get my Visa stamped, can they find out that I remained in the US out-of-status, and thus jeapordize me obtaining an h-1?
