My OPT will be over in MAY and I know that I can stay for 2 more months (ie till july end)legally on F1 visa.Also my employer has applied for my H1 in April on my bachelors degree, But since I will get the actual I-94 in October what will be my status from July to October.Can I stay legally here since my H1 petition would have been filed ?
