I worked on H1 before ( and did not leave country for more than a year) so my employer filed my H1 to start from Aug 4, 2008. My case is still "received and pending" at Vermont service center and my OPT expires on Aug 4,08.
I am freaking out.
I have the receipt #. But I was wondering if I can continue to work after Aug 4, 08 if my H1 case still remains "received and pending" and does not get approved ???
What should I do ?
