OPT Expires. H1 visa help Urgent

My OPT expires on May 10 and I plan to file for H1 (Texas Center). I am confused whether to go for a premium or normal processing. Will I be eligible to work if I do not receive a H1 even after May? Also, I work for a company which has only 4 employees. Would this be a factor in approving the visa? Please help!

Since it is change of status you need to get H1 approval before continuing to work- but your status might not be in jeopardy. 4 employees will not be a factor.
Also watch out for H1B cap.
