Hello All,
I have graduated and recently received my OPT Card.My name was wrongly spelled on the card.So i have sent back my card to USCIS.My OPT starts from jan 10th 2005.My question is I dont know how many days USCIS is going to take to process my case.In the meantime I have found an employer and he wants me to work from Jan 10th, so can I work with a photocopy of my OPT card from Jan 10th?
