Left USA on August 15th, 2025.
Landed in India on August 17th, 2025
Reached Seoul, working for a South Korean Company from August 22nd, 2025.
EAD Approved on September 1st, 2025.
Got an Offer letter from USA based company with Job based in Dallas on October 1st 2025. Start date flexible.
By which date can I return to the USA (EAD approved on September 1st) and join this USA based company on OPT Visa in Dallas without any Immigration hassles ?
