Hey all, my OPT application reached USCIS late. My online account was locked and it took USCIS about 27days to unlock it. But since my account was not unlocked on time and my OPT application submission deadline was approaching, I filled a paper copy but it reached 1 day late.
I got a notice that it reached late and my OPT application was denied.
I am asked to submit form i-290b with evidence that the delay was due to a USCIS error.
What should I do? the form i-290b cost $675 to file. Can anyone suggest me what I should do?
