OPT approval notice

Hi, guys

I am trying to gather information for I-485 filing. my question is do i have to submit OPT approval notice I-797 which I don't remember that I got from my previous international office. but, I have EAD card. Can i just submit photocopy of EAD card?

This is just my opinion, I can say both of them are better be submitted.
