Hi, I have questions regarding the denial of my OPT application. First time, I send the application along with the required documents. But, I forgot to sign my SEVIS I-20. And I got the follow-up letter to ask me to send the signed copy of it. The second time I sent the I-20 without the signature again as I am in rush making the copy of it and sending it. And now my application is denied and it is said that there is no appeal in the letter. I wonder if someone can help me solve the case here. The immigration officer said that I can file the motion to reopen the case letter. Does anybody know the procedure and how long will it take? Does this mean I'm in illegal status? What should I better do now?
