Two years back I realized my passport was expired because I had misread the date as mm/dd/yy format instead of dd/mm/yy format used in the Indian passport. I promptly renewed my passport once I realized my error. Now I plan to apply for my OPT and I am wondering if this would adversely affect my OPT application.
