I am asking this question on behalf of my fiance'. His F1 visa is valid for another 2 years. He is currently on OPT which is valid till 18th May 2009. He is working for a company here in the United States and will be completing 6 months in Jan 2009.
We are to be married in February 2009, for which he has to travel to Chennai, India.
His company will be filing his papers for H1 / O visa in April 2009.
Will he have any problems at the Port of Entry on his return ?
What kind of documents will he have to carry with him ?
Please advise..
