Opinions Needed...

Hi, here's my situation:

My I-140 was filed in 6/2002 and I-485 was filed in 10/2002 (concurrent). Both are pending decisions. My company is private and has had losses due to bad economy. It also laid off over 70% of it's people at several intervals.

What are the chances that my I-140 will get approved??

Does the company need to be in business when a I-485 decision is being made?

Did u get ur FP and EAD ?
I am in a similar company. Actually my comp. has filed for bankruptcy but still I got my FP.
So let me know what happens with you.
