Operating Website

All,
I went through hundreds of posts on this forum and it defnately enlightened my brain. I wasnt able to find the answer from my question.
I am on H1B and an Indian Citizen and am planning to set up a website which is operated from india (Design, Development, daily operations). But this one is aimed at the US based individuals who come and purchase on this and there will be also Advertisement generated revenue (from google ads etc). Depending on which provider and server i choose to host the income could be coming into one of my US Accounts. Is it legal ? How to accomplish this.

Do i need to open an LLC and recruit some citizen or resident to operate it (but there is nothing to operate) other than generate revenue. Advertisement is also done online from india .

Which country do i need to pay taxes for this revenue india or US ?

I think if you genrate revenue in India from google ad, it falls under Indian jurisdiction whether or not to pay any tax on it. If you guys have tax system on foreign income, it may fall into that catagory. I am running my own website from Canada and I do have to pay tax to Canadian government.
