Opened Corporation on EAD. Am i in Problem?

JOeF Please Help. I need your help badly.

Hi,

I Got my Ead & working on EAD from last month. Last month I opened Corporation. Actually I was not aware much during that time but Now I regret that I didn't read this forum earlier :'(

I registered corporation with My State & also I got FEIN. but I didn't convert into S Copr. Am I in trouble because of this? I am waiting for my 485 to get approved. I mentioned my name as everything (all positions ) for my company.

What are my options? Can I do dissolution of my company?

S Corp

Is here an issue opening S corp on EAD. I do not have a visa and am on EAD and pending AOS. I am leagaly authroized to work in USA. Can I not start a S corp.
 
Started corp in EAD given "S" corp status is it possible.....

I also have my EAD and started a company. I got my EIN and in that letter it says my corporation is 'S' corp. How could this be possible. I am not perm residence or Citizen no GC either waiting for it. WHat corp should I chane it to? Plz Advice.

And what exactly is your problem then? You can start a company and even work for it with an EAD.
The company won't qualify for S-Corporation status, but since you said you didn't convert it into an S-Corp, you are fine. Relax.
