I am thinking to open a restaurant in Bay Area,CA. Since this is going to be an ethnic type of food, I need to hire a chef that know this type of food. Which is almost none in the US.
I need to get someone from other country as a chef.
Is there any type of working permit that allow me to bring someone from other country in as a cook?
Anyone know any attorney firm that can help me with the legal issue on opening a restaurant with a low to medium fee?
