Open a company while I-485 is pending and on EAD

how much feasible it is? I am in EAD as of now and keep extending it for last 3 years. so far I am not see any clue for I-485 approval and expecting it to take around 3 more years :) as my priority date is 1/3/2003.

mean while I would like to open my company based on EAD status. question as I said, is it doable? will there be any issue? of course I will keep my tax and everything up to date and make sure there is no question at that front.

If you are married and principal applicant then open in your souse's name. This will not give USCIS any chance that you changed the profession. You can also work for your spouse' company as long as you keep your primary job.
It is just a thought.
