My long wait was over. My wife & my case approved on 9th July 02. I got my wife's courtasy copy yesterday and awaiting mine.

Hole process took 2 years 3 months.

Labor Filed: 4/00 EB2 RIR
PD : June 00
RD : 6/15/01
ND: 8/16/01
FP : 3/5/02
Approved on 07/09/02

This website has been very much helpful. My sincere thanks to
the Rajiv Khanna & his team who maintained this website.

Also thanks to the people for their postings in this discussion forums which helped me a lot during my GC process. Also I wish you all the good luck to the each and every person in this forum.

Ps: I could not update rupnet.com website (id: longway2go)
as I lost my password. I would appriciate if somebody can inform to the rupnet.com admin.

Good luck. Your wait was certainly long.

I read some people analyzing data based on rupnet entries. I assume there are several more July approvals who did not get updated because theu forgot their password etc.

Anyway congrats again.
 
RD - ND Confusion

Sounds like they processed your application based on your ND as your RD. It might explain why some folks are seeing delays.

Yes...this explains why some IIO's say they process based on RD's and some say they go by ND's...IIO's are confused...and trying to confuse us.
