After I land in Ontario, can I right way, from the first day of my landing apply for health card, then I’ll receive my card after three months, or I have to wait three months before I’m allowed to apply or fill out application for Ontario health card?
 
You have to wait three months

You cant apply immediately. You will have to wait for 3 months. They will ask to see bank statements, paychecks, rent receipts etc to make sure you have been resident in Ontario.
