My old H1 visa expired and I got new visa stamp on my passport. I have only
ONE petition (in which the lower part is I-94). I am sending my wife to India.
What do you suggest? she should have another I-94? or can she travel on expired I-94?
(still in her passport)
OR do you want me to accompany her until Airport and show the original petition (mine) to the immigration officer? What happens if the immigration take the only I-94 in the petition I have? Will it create problem when I travel later?
