I have a quick question, seeking your advise.
I am currently pending AOS (I-485 filed over 1 year back), with I-140 already approved. Recently my employer transferred me from one of their offices in Massachusetts to their another office in New Hampshire. My Job description, base salary and title remained same. The only change was office location. I have already informed USCIS my new home address by sending AR-11 and also had them update my home address in I-485 application.
My question is, does my case require filing of AC21. My attorney this yes, but I doubt that.
