ONLY centers under VSC doing security Check ??????

I looked at other service center postings on this forum (TEXAS, CALIFORNIA, NEBRASKA) and looks like only INS centers under VSC (Mainly east coast) are following this new security checking and PP not stamping rule. Any opinions.?
 
My guess is:

The new security first has to get installed.So some centers are asking people to come after one month for PP stamping.Some centers are asking people to wait for 2 to 3 hours and then stamping.The other centers where there is no new system installed are simply stamping PPs.
So people whose local INSs are yet to install the system are lucky and get stamped on the same day without any wait problems.That\'s it.
 
Guys in VSC, you all are lucky and you should be thankful

If you go to TSC chat room, you will find out that TSC is currently processing 03/2000 cases officially, 03/2001 unofficially. It is 4 months lagging behind VSC. And, don\'t even mention that security check issue. We were told that TSC is closed today. So you all should be thankful to VSC for their work.
