Guys,

As we know EB2 and EB3's 485 slowed down for retrogressed countries like India. Please post here only related. If we keep information simple and accurate that helps easy for our reading to track, what is happening in USCIS. Thank you.

Received RFE 485, EB2--- replied.

I received RFE for my 485 on july 25th.

RFe says that. "Please submit evidence of non-immigrant status from x to y". I replied with my I-20 copy, Transcript copies, admission offer letter and affidavit stating that I maintained the status. notarized all documents copies. Will see what happens.

Me too. I got email message saying that they have received my 485 from dallas on Aug 7 and I have a serious of luds after that until 08/10/06. But No message.
