only 12 eb3 in brazil

if we have only 12 eb3 interview in october in brazil and about 20 eb interview in india,
please consider their population!
Brazil is one of the biggest immigrant sender in world to us and india...
so it means that this priority dates are not logical and only very few people are among the one before these priority dates!

information are on usa embassy in this countries
so why they chose this priority dates???

Most EB applicants are already in the US and will use I-485, not consular processing.

In the month of October Mumbai Consulate Scheduled 8 EB3 intervews, Chennai 4 and New Delhi 7. Tolally 19 cases of EB3 after retrogression.
