Online USCIS language after recieving RFE response

We recieved your response to RFE onXXXXXX. Its taking 560 to 600 days to process this kinds of case. Since the preliminary processing has been complete, it will take less time than the maximum estimated. We will send you a written decision.

What a cold water shower! Is it common?

I have the same message today. Scary , if you think of "560 to 600 days " standard message. But looking at the "RFE tracker excel list" in this forum, I'm seeing one to two weeks approval after RFE is received by USCIS.
 
Do not worry. When I replied to RFE on my 140, the message said the similar thing. It is taking 180 - 270 days blah blah. But I got approved in less than 2 weeks. I think these are standard messages.
