can someone help me on how to check a case status online. I have my case since 2007 and we have communication with the consulate to and fro and my case is approved but i have never been able to log to their website and check the case status. I do go to their website and click on the link for online status and fill my file number and surname and date of birth and my country.. All i get is that i have made i mistake of which i check accurately or my case has not been processed yet..
so what do i do wrong or they don't update their website for over a year..
