Didn't check online status for a long time. Just noticed that waiting time has been changed to 400-450 ds.
What time could we get the freedom? :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

Why is TSC so bad....

May be TSC is aggressively implementing the Fujie memo and it believes it will be able to process 485 withing 50 days of 140 approval so will approve both 140 and 485 together in 400 - 450 days..

I hope this is the silver lining to the dark cloud that TSC is

Just Received FP notice for Jun 24

Hi guys, my con-cur filed 140 and 485 has been pending from feb 2003. my lawyer sent second enquiry on 6/8/4 for 140. today I received FP notice which is for Jun 24/04.

There was no change in my online status where as the FP notice was issued on 06/10/04.

I think there is good news coming soon for all with pending 140 and 485.

Yes, next time to show their working even harder, the processing time will be extened futher to 550 days.

Well, I submitted 140/485 6 months later than you did, but I got FP notice half year earlier than you. But still nothing happened except the 140 processing days kept growing.

Will consider re-start Canadian immig. process.
