Online Status Updated Next Day Only!!!

Guys,

Online Status gets updated only the next business day....

Try EAC-02-292-51000 in online Now (Sep 24 Tuesday
9.30pm EST)......you won't get any info....

whereas dial (AVM) 1-802-527-4913 and key in the same #
EAC-02-292-51000....you will hear the
message....BLAH..BLAH...BLAH....received on Sep 24,2002...

So better check AVM to hear your approvals earlier......

it makes sense. they must be using a backup database for testing.

Look at the FAQ section of Case Status website, it claims that it is updated during the biz day :

That is absolutely not true.

Check EAC-02-292-51000 online even now... It is not updated
whereas If you use AVM you will get message "your .....received
on Sep 24,2002"....

Why you Guys are not understanding???? Check the example
case (EAC0209251000) if you still don't believe.....

Conclusion : Online Status is NOT UPDATED REGULARLY.....

I support magesh_kk's theory. Online my case info says that the application has been approved and an approval notice has been sent. This is what I am seeing even this morning. However, last evening when I called the 802 number, I was getting the card ordered message as of yesterday. So obviously, there is a discrepency in the status you obtain online vs. through AVM. I'm not saying the online status is wrong. But I guess you will have to wait 24 hours before it is updated.

Maybe, since this has not been officially announced yet, they are in testing phase and so it might get better during the official release! Lets cut them some slack for now guys! This is definitely a step towards improvement .
