Do this and see the results

Enter your valid case number. Search and see result

e.g ESC*00xxxxxxx

Then change the case number by changing one of the digit

e.g ESC*00xxxxYxx

you will see same result , even the case number is not valid. Even deleting temp files and cookies does not help. IF checked from other PC then the new number is displayed invalid.

Can this be trusted ?
