Online status of Advance Parole status

When I check the online status for my Advance Parole application, it shows the following message :

Your I131 APPLICATION FOR BCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT was received on November 14, 2003. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 450 and 480 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

Is it not true that it takes around 90 days to get the Advance Parole ? Is this a standard message ?
 
Yes this is a standard message. I-131 form is for various types of advance parole & re-entry permit & the processing times are different for these. Typically an employment based advance parole comes in 90 days if there are no issues with the underlying I-140.
