Online status not updating??

Hi,

Even though we received for 2nd FP document from INS and completed the FP done, still the online status says about our 1st FP taken and processing has been resumed on our cases.

I tried to contact NCSC but no avail.

Do we need to do anything else?

Not all the 2nd FP are updated on the web, so don't worry about that.

I"m on the same boat. I called the 1800number today.They said they will set a status enquiry and respond within a month.
