Hi Friends:
My Attorney replied to a NOID which was sent (June 22nd) by USCIS on my pending 485 (EB3) application. Fed Ex track results shows that it was received and signed by some representative on July 2nd 2004, but still the online status has not been changed from my previous status, showing that on <date> we have received your your finger prining review and it is under pending processing. It didn't even reflected the status change for NOID was issued on June 22nd , but the Last Update date changed on June 24th 2004 on my online portfolio.
The deadline for receipt of documents is 30 days from issued notice, which is on July 21st, which is a week from now, what should i do now? Kind of worried what if they say they didnt received anything.
I also sent a Fax (802-527-4816) on last friday mentioning the same on my cover letter with requested letters. My customer service calls were not useful , because they wouldn't let me talk to Tier II level and asked me to write a letter to USCIS about this !!!
Please advise with your opinion, what are my further options ?
Thanks in advance
