Online Status - Need Help

I looked up my husband's status online and it said the following:

"Your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received on March 31, 2005. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 120 and 180 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete"

HERE IS MY QUESTION:

What is the 120-180 days referring too? Certainly not approval time...seems too good to be true..

My receipt number starts with MSC indicating that it is going through the National Service Center. My local office is Atlanta - apparently Atlanta is now using National Benefits Center instead of TSC.

Any info is appreciated. Thanks!

120-180 is nothing, dont even bother, unless you are really really lucky, its jsut a number there, everyones case has the same information.
