Online Status Msg. after FP

I did my FP in May 2003. Since that time, the online status has been "On May 30, 2003, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review"

1) Is this normal? Should it have changed to "...processing has resumed..."

2) Does it mean that it is stuck in an FBI name check?

I did my FP in march 2004 and mine is still saying -We sent u a notice to appear for FP recording...

No change ..it is as if the FP never happened.

Shouls I call BCIS and request an inquiry or is it normal. Appreciate your feedback. Thanks.
 
Same thing to me. I did the FP last year Dec, but the online message is still showing pending review. I called 1-800 phone, they told me it is normal, and let me just wait.
