I have applied for GC for both of my parents. On Jan 12, they have received RFE letter saying "Request for more evidence for Birth". They have also said it should be sent back to them before 87 days, that would be April 8th.
I have mailed Non Availability Certificate for both of my parents and the 2 Affidavits for each on 24th March. USPS tracking system says that it has been signed and received by USCIS.
The USCIS online status still shows the same RFE message.
Do I have to worry? When usually they update the message, is that will take long time.
Why I am worried is After April 8th, in the RFE letter it says that the GC will be denied if they dont receive the RFE documents.
