I got a question......when I log in to the BCIS website to the case status it just says that it has not been updated since 3/19/06 , but I had my interview on June 13 and am still waiting for my oath letter.........does anyone know if the status on the webpage should change before they send out the oath letter or does this truly mean that NOTHING has happened since my fingerprints were done in MArch??? Starting to wonder why this is taking so long, foolishly I thoght that the oath letter would show up shortly after the interview.....

Are you filed to TSC?
Some thread post people even already become citizen, but their case number never show online. You need to find out when will be the next oath hold for SC.

Don't bother with online status check. I got my timeline in the signature. The message in the online status check hasn't changed since day one - "blah blah blah the case number can not be found blah blah blah".

That info is manually updated, it's not automatic. Supposedly.
There is no way anyone can update it manually...but taking your word if they do update the website everyday manually(i guess at a minimum of 2-3000 times a day)it probably would take 1 whole day for about 10 employees to do that ;) every single day>>or if u want to be a efficient organisation u would rather have someone write 10 lines of code and automate it.

how do I find out when the next oath in SC is?
Citizenship Ceremonies:
In South Carolina, Oath Ceremonies are held periodically in U.S. District Court locations throughout the state. Candidates are notified by mail of the date, time, and location to appear. Every effort should be made to appear on your scheduled date, however, if it will be impossible to attend, you must notify the Charleston office in writing explaining your circumstances and requesting that a later date be scheduled.
