Online status check might not give you the most updated info

I check my case stauts online and I find out it is not giving you the most updated info. When I check my case status from AVM it is saying 'your fingerprints result alreay got received and you case has been resumed' but when I checked on line it is telling me that the fingerprints notice just been sent. Anybody is in the same boat with me?

Something similar happened...

I got my FP done on April 8. The AVM updated a month later, but the IIO told me that my FP was fine on April 22nd.

Confusion is what characterizes VSC.

My wife's AD is 8/19 but it still reads that FP results were received on 4/23 blah blah.

While for me and child it is updated to approval on respective dates.

This is new for INS. they will correct small bugs. Don't depend on Online in the begining. This is only second choice to look your status.

Wife's case status got updated today to "approved on 8/19" on the web

As I said earlier, the message was same about FP until today morning.


I guess, online-status update is taking time but is going fine.
