Online status check is really online!!!!!

I checked my case today (10/07/02) morning at 10 AM , it was the old message (RFE sent…)
Again I checked around 11:15 AM …. Surprise … the message changed to
On October 06, 2002, we received your response to our request for evidence or information ….
This is great… No need to wait till 10 PM to check AVM

Here we go

RFE was issued on 19th Sept 2002, received by Lawyer on 25th Sept , 2002.
I got the Info on Sept 30th ( it was for medical). Got the new report and send to lawyer on 1st Oct.
Packed received by Lawyer on 2nd Oct ( FedEx tracking) and he send it to INS on 3rd Oct. INS received the packet on 4th Oct (as per FedEx Tracking).


I checked my case online… (web).

I checked my status just now and it says my RFE response has been received on Oct, 6 2002.

Please keep on updating the RFE status. I received Medical RFE on Medical form too.

Hope we can hear the good news!!!!!!!
