Online status and Phone stutas

My I-140 from NSC was approved on April 10 and I received written notice on April 17. But till now, the online and phone status still didn't change. Anyone has similiar cituations?

Ph.D. Jan 2001 from a top US university. 23 publications, 25 citations. Reviewed 30 journal and conference papers as a reviewer or program committee member for several international conferences. Work for a fortune 60 company with a senior technical position. Our product has been shipped to many counties in the world. received a company award. Claimed high salary in my petition.
