Online status and Phone status problem

Hi,

I use web to search my online status. It's like following.

"On February 25, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 730 and 730 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."

However, when I tried to call the 1800 number and check it. It said due to temporarily problem, blah blah, blah..

It seems can't allocate my record from 1800 number. Does anyone have the same problem or know what's going on?

That would be just a technical hitch with the phone messgae - I have had that before and it just goes back to normal.

I hope so. Because it's been like this over a week. I would think it should go back to normal after they update databse.
