Online status after stamping??

The following mesg is displayed on the online-check status system. I had my passort stamped on 3 weeks ago.

"Ocotber 8 2002, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Processing normally takes between 365 and 540 days. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready."

The following question come to my mind: upon Green card mailed will the mesg change, or is the above the last of the Green card messages.

I also do not understand the sentence in the mesg " Processing normally takes between 356 to 540 days".
 
This means it's good.

Don't bother yourself about the processing time. You should be getting your plastic card by this Friday or latest by this coming Monday. That's at least my experience, from the time the msg. changed to "after approving.....we ordered you a new card blah blah" I received my card in the next 4 days. But the msg. and online status is still the same.

Message has not changed

INS stamped my passport on 9/12/2002 and the message (online) states this "This case has been approved on 9/5/2002 blah blah" It has not changed.
Do I have to be alarmed?
