Online PERM application, questions 23A and 24

Can anyone help? questions 23 and 24 of the online form 9089 refer to a bargaining representative, my job has been advertised in two sunday papers and has been with a SWA for 30 days - under what circumstances does the notice as per question 24 have to be posted? is this for professional occupations or all? My job title is Administrative Assistant and I will be applying for EB3 once PERM approved or not - the company I work for does not have a "bargaining representative"!

Although I am not sure what that means either, I am guessing it's something like a union representative, or something like that... As far as you not having one, it's okay...

q.24 N/A
q.25 YES
q.26 based on whether your employer previously had layoffs you answer yes or no
q 24 & 25 pertains to employee unions, if there are none it does not applies in your case.
