Online message did not change 2 months after FP

My spouse and I did FP in December 2004. About 7 days later, LUD changed for both of us. But the message only changed for my case to "FP received" and my spouse's case still shows message "I-485 received on...".

I did call FBI and was told my spouse FP results was sent back to VSC one day after FP.

I am confused? Does this mean VSC still has not received my spouse's FP?

What should I do? Please share your suggestions.

not sure if you can do anything here. we already passed 90 days since we completed FPs in Nov. 2004. No status change of what so ever. I called VSC a few times, their answer varies from "not received from FBI yet" to "do not worry about status message and wait till your day comes..."

I know that they have our FP results at VSC, but the message stay the same :confused:

I stopped worrying about it after 3-rd call... you can't change it, just wait and pray.

nop, see my signature... FP completed on 11/04/04, last LUD was 10/11/04 - what was the reason I do not know...

When I call Vermont they look at my case and usually say "everything looks fine..."... oh, well... who cares, right ? :)

After FP LUD was changed to 1/17/2005 , but there was no change in message :confused: ;)
Called 2day morning to USCIS customer service nad gave all details. They told me that If I dont get any response within 30 days then call back again.

Did you get any letter from VCS regarduing your enquiry? Mine even after 2 mons after FP no updates.

One quick question did you give your FP according to your notice or did you go to a differenet place and did early FP then that mentioned in the notice?

same issue with my wife's FP results... I spoke to my attorney this morning, he said that they called and asked VSC to track FP results and update my wife's case...

well, it puts me into a 30 day waiting period, as I can't call VSC now... let's hope for best and see what happens...

P.S.

I am glad that at least they realized that my FP results were missing and reissued the notice... now it looks all set, and I hope for a quick approval soon...
