Just checked the online status for pending I-485. Is now changed from FP received in April 2002 to Request for more information letter has been sent on Nov 25 2003.
I guess after all the wait RFE has been issued.

Quick question...
Will the RFE be sent to my Lawyer or will come directly to Me?
if its been mailed on Nov 25 how long does it take?
and how much time do I have to respond to the RFE?

RFE's are sent to your attorney. Ususally takes 7-10 days. Then you / your attorney respond to it. The message on BCIS site changes within 5 days stating that your response was recieved. And then the wait continues.............::confused: :eek: :mad:

Also on quick not...
I applied for my 3rd renewal of EAD and AP in 1st week of oct...
and following the patern I guess that generated the RFE on the pending case.
 
In my case I received the RFE notice in a week. My lawyer didn't know until I fax them a copy.

I had received RFE

The information they had asked was

1.Letter from employer stating the duties, renumeration, hire date and continued prospect for employment.

2. Earning Statements for the last two moths.

3. Tax returns filing and W2 for 2002.
