Online message changed, what does this mean

I got my GC aproved on june 28, and PP stamping is done on july 7th in DETRIOT but GC proceessed from CSC. Today I got the mails from USCIS saying that "On September 27, 2004, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready." what does it mean and after this message..when can i expect my cards..
