Online masters program are valid for EB2/immigration ?

I am very curious about this:
If you come up with a degree, let's say for example, MS in Information Security from University of Fairfax, gained thru an online program. Is that considered valid for the USCIS, for immigration purposes ?

Please tell me your experience.
 
If it is an accredited school by a national agency then Yes. I would think so.
I believe thumb rule they use is wether US Dept of Education would allow financial aid to a student taking the course.
